How long do custom orders take?
Production time varies depending on the complexity of the design, but most custom orders are completed within 5–10 business days before shipping. You'll be notified if additional time is needed.

Yes! All of our earrings are made with either hypoallergenic earring hooks or stainless steel earring posts for comfortable everyday wear.

We do our best to create your vision as closely as possible. Because every piece is handcrafted and resin reacts differently during curing, each finished item will have its own unique appearance.

We use quality UV resin designed to resist yellowing. While no resin is completely immune to aging, proper care and avoiding prolonged direct sunlight will help your jewelry maintain its clarity and shine.
Is resin jewelry durable?
Yes! UV resin is lightweight yet durable. However, it is not unbreakable. Avoid dropping your jewelry on hard surfaces or exposing it to excessive force.
What if my jewelry arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is an error with your order.
Is your jewelry safe for children?
Our jewelry contains small parts and is not intended for children under 3 years of age due to choking hazards. Adult supervision is recommended for older children.
